Richard was outstanding with my granddaughter. He put her completely at ease Straight away He affected her driving technique and built her confidence. She passed first time thanks entirely to his skill and patience. Great experience learning to driving with Franco. Very calm and supportive approach. Very Knowledgeable. Encourages and gives you space for independent thinking. Richard Jordan got my daughter through her test within three months. She’d previously been struggling with her existing driving instructor and hated getting behind the wheel. Highly recommend Richard from Excel. Passed today first time with only 2 faults after it being just over 4 months since my Birthday. Richard @ Excel has been fabulous.  Having started with a different instructor who let us down far too often Rich has been amazing. He filled our son with confidence (which he was seriously lacking) and he came on so fast.  First time pass with lessons to spare!.
